When & Where do I Check-In? 1:30-2:00pm (Sunday - July 9th) in the front lobby of the Peterson Family Athletic Center (all on-field sessions will be held on Kohn Field located directly behind the Peterson Family Athletic Center located at 219 South Main Street, Middlebury, VT 05753) **CAMPUS TOURS AVAILABLE BEFORE check-in: please RSVP directly to Coach DeLorenzo for the 12NOON campus tour led by Middlebury current team members (gather in lobby no later than 11:55am). Do you provide meals? Sunday 7/9: Lunch on your own, Dinner is provided Monday7/10: Breakfast on your own, Lunch and Dinner provided Tuesday7/11: Breakfast on your own. Camp ends at 1:00pm (late morning snacks provided during tournament) |

Where do campers stay/which hotel do most campers/families use? Campers are responsible for their accommodations. Many campers choose to use the Middlebury Courtyard Marriott. To help with those who are in need of overnight housing, a Room Block has been created again this year at our Courtyard Marriott, a mile from the field and the Middlebury campus. (See below for information about room reservations specifics at the Courtyard Marriott). Shuttle service runs to and from the hotel to the sessions. The Marriott is located one mile from the fields/athletic complex. IMPORTANT: Room block cut-off date for the special rate is JULY 1st. |

Marriott Hotel Information (Panther Camp is a Day Camp. The room block at the Marriott is set-up for your convenience should you need overnight accommodations.)
All of the newly renovated nonsmoking Double Queen Bed rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott – Middlebury have coffee maker, hair dryer, refrigerator, and iron & ironing boards. The Courtyard Café is open for breakfast 7-days a week (Monday-Friday 6:00am-10:00am, Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-11:00am). The breakfast is not included with the room rate. Breakfast is available for $9.95 All You Can Eat Breakfast Buffet. The hotel features a pool & hot tub, fitness center, guest (cont’d) laundry, and next-day dry cleaning services. All guestrooms telephones have two lines with voice mail. We offer complimentary high speed wired & wireless internet access. Check-in time on a guest’s day of arrival is 3:00pm or later and checkout time on the day of the guest’s departure is 12:00 noon. Any guests that checkout later than 12:00 noon on their scheduled day of departure may be subject to an additional nights stay. Room Reservations

Is there a Shuttle to and from camp? Yes – A reservation is REQUIRED for each rider on the shuttle. The shuttle service is $40.00 for the length of the camp. Reservations for your spot on the hotel shuttle should be made via email prior to camp. The shuttle fee may be mailed to the Middlebury Field Hockey Office at 219 South Main Street, Middlebury, VT 05753, attn: Katharine DeLorenzo. Reservations and payments for the shuttle ($40/camper) will also be accepted at check-in. |

Goalkeeper Training Our goalkeeper academy curriculum is fully integrated into our Panther Camp Schedule for 2017. The Middlebury College Goalkeeper coach, Andrea Way (Juniata ’06) will direct the goalkeeper curriculum. Our new facility has lights and allows for us to have the entire goalie programming within the 3-day camp. Goalies will train exclusively on the watered field. |
